The seashell belts are in the Book Room, or the upstairs part of the Coffee Shop.

So…go to the coffee shop:

All the room especially the town, look really awesome. Here’s a few for example. By the way, construction and free construction hats are still going on at the iceburg.

And…the BEST decorated room goes to…the dance club! (It’s all under-water, and it looks really awesome)
